Professional, reliable, and honest. In the past I've had emergencies with my HVAC and made the mistake to call 4 seasons. They pray for people in those situations so they can get as much $$ out of them. Not Pro Comfort Solutions. My AC went out last year and they fix it. Gerardo was upfront and honest with me. Told me that the fixes were only temporary and eventually I would need a new unit. I decided to pull the plug on a new HVAC system this year. They let me know my options and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Further, I inquired about a vent cleaning since it has been 5 years since I last got one. Gerardo did his inspection and told me it wasn't necessary. If I would have asked any other HVAC company that question they would have tried to upsell me a vent cleaning regardless if I needed one or not. Please don't waste your money with the big name companies and reach out to Pro Comfort Solutions. They will take good care of you!!
